Black Ops 3 is going to be developed by Treyarch and published by Activision. Call of Duty series is trying its very best to fight with the likes of Destiny and Battlefield series.
Destiny is going to launch The Taken King very soon and that’s why Black Ops 3 has much to do to get back the fans it had once.
Treyarch is known for creating amazing campaigns, which are disturbing yet fun to play and remember. Call of Duty Black Ops 3 is taking the technology used in warfare to a great extent where the lines between man and tools vanish.
Call of Duty Black Ops 3 is all about balancing technology and human kind. The year is 2065 and mankind (especially army) has increased the use of technology to the level of Matrix (I love this reference) and is terrified of the notion that someday it will rise to power and throw away their very creators.
A small team of Black Ops is given the task of finding this out and fix the problem before the doom of all mankind.
The teaser trailer doesn’t give us much information about the storyline because it’s all about how fast paced this game is and how many futuristic weapons are available at your disposal.
Gameplay and Weapons
As mentioned, there are a lot of high tech weapons throughout this game. They made few changes though. Instead of a giant robots to pilot, we’ll have exosuit and we’ll be able customize its abilities.
We’ll have 4 player co-op campaign gameplay, which is amazing because if the game is as fast as the trailer shows it off, we will feel a lot more confident fighting beside our friends rather than AIs.
Players will be able to choose their gender at the start of the campaign and will be able to customize him/her with the help of several RPG elements.
The zombie mode is making a return too. This time, zombie gameplay is going to have its own story and might even try to tie it back to the original zombie game of Black Ops.
The trailer, Call of Duty Black Ops 3: The Giant, shows off some amazing shooting scenes and horrifying zombies.
Since, it is a next generation game; it would be pointless to say that it is going to have amazing graphical elements.
It looks as if it is going to take the elements from Battlefield and improve the destruction based gameplay.

My Two Bits
You must remember Animatrix, the animated movie that supported the story of Matrix and told us what went wrong with man and the machine.
In the same manner, warfare in Call of Duty Black Ops 3 has arrived to square one. Means back on foot.
It’s actually quite logical. When wars were fought on feet, they thought that it would be best if we could just fly across them, destroy them and come back safely.
But pretty soon, all of them had the same idea and it became less successful with each war. Now, we have Anti-Aircraft missiles with a precision so great, that no plane can actually get closer to what it wants to protect.
Of course, I could be wrong because I don’t have the entire knowledge of how air force is planning to defeat the growing technology in that particular sector.
But, in the year that Call of Duty Black Ops 3 is set, it certainly looks plausible. It is 2065 and they certainly don’t have the resources to actually defeat anti-aircraft techniques.
This is where ground warfare takes its prime place, only with few adjustments with the help of technology.
We always needed super soldiers, right? Crysis series have shown us what a real super soldier can actually do!
Now, Black Ops 3’s super soldiers aren’t exactly on par with Crysis 3’s. But they are still pretty good. They can wall run, super punch enemies to death and other cheesy things that Activision is hoping could save Call of Duty’s falling sales.
I always quote YouTube comments when I write these articles because they tell you what’s really going on in the minds of these hardcore gamers, medium gamers and of course, newbies.
Gamers want less technology and futuristic mumbo jumbo, and more realistic warfare, like they used to do it in the old days.
Most gamers want Call of Duty to get back to its roots with Vietnam War. They don’t want an exosuit to defeat the enemies or a flying drone to see all the enemy locations before even reaching the vantage point.
They want a pure war game, otherwise; we already have Crysis series, Mass Effect series and what not, to get our futuristic self through the days.
