Pre-order Cyberpunk 2077 now to support CD Projekt Red in the development
Cyberpunk 2077 release date is set for next year but the pre-order channels have already been opened.
The game is available via Amazon.com, Steam Store, Gog.com, Walmart.com, along with other online eCommerce portals.
However, CDPR is actively letting their customers know that if they buy via Gog.com…100% of their money will be credited to CDPR.
It is quite understandable as Gog.com is CD Projekt Red’s own eCommerce portal and they have to pay a sellers fees/commission to other eCommerce channels.
You’ll be thrilled to know that gamers are showing their support as well via Gog.com. CDPR mentioned in a tweet yesterday (8 July 2019) that a third of total pre-order sales happened from their Gog.com portal.
Here’s the tweet from CD Projekt Red:
According to CD Projekt Red, this support has been breathtaking for them. The gamers are actually entrusting them with a brilliant game come April 2020.
There’re only 8 months left for the release date and hoping that it doesn’t get pushed back for the final polishing or removing bugs and things like that…Cyberpunk 2077 could become Game of the Year 2020.
So…pre-order this game via Gog.com or your favourite online eCommerce portal and support CDPR with the development.
