First Collaboration of Abhishek Bachchan and Prabhu Deva!!
After a multi-starrer movie, Abhishek Bachchan is now gearing up for another big movie with multi-talented director, Prabhu Deva. This movie is tentatively titled as Lefty.
Lefty is an upcoming Indian, Sci-Fi and thriller movie, which is going to be directed by Prabhu Deva, who is best known for his dancing skills in Bollywood and Tollywood industry.
Lefty Crew
Script of this movie is well written by Kona Venkat, who is best known for his writing work in south Indian movies like Baadshah, Dookudu, Satya and many more. He has penned script of more than 50 movies and his recent movies were Sardaar Gabbar Singh and Dictator.
While in an interview, he talked more about the plot of Lefty. He told that the whole story of Lefty will revolve around an eccentric guy. Abhishek Bachchan is playing the lead role but interesting thing about this is Abhishek is a left-handed person in real and will also play the character of left-handed character. So, Abhishek will not find much difficulty to play this role.
Kona also added that this movie will have some touch of a super-hit movie, Ghajini. He also confirmed that Prabhu Deva also joined this project this year and will sit on the director’s chair.
Lefty Star Cast
Right now, only Abhishek is finalized as the lead star of this movie, no other star is attached with this movie yet.
Other than Lefty, Abhishek Bachchan has two more projects in his pipeline, which will release this year and next year. he is also gearing up for Ram Gopal Varma’s next movie, Arrest, in which he is portraying the role of Mumbai’s encounter specialist, Pradeep Sharma.
And his next movie is untitled yet, in which some of greatest superstar of Bollywood are going to feature their role in this movie. All the three Bachchan’s (Amitabh, Abhishek, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan) of Bollywood are again going to share silver screen after Sarkar 2.
Audience were expecting much from Aishwarya but her recent movies were not able to create buzz on big screens but now we are expecting a blockbuster movie from this trio.
Lefty Story-line
As we already mention above that, Abhishek is in the lead role of a self-centred guy, who later become a hero to save citizen of his city. But don’t be confused between a hero or a superhero, because in this movie, Abhishek Bachchan is playing the role of a savior or a vigilante of sorts, who tries to save his people when city start falling.
Exact story of Lefty is not revealed yet, but not to worry, we will update this article as early as possible.
Lefty Release Date
It is quite early to talk about this movie because producers are still searching for the star casts and other crew members of the movie.
Abhishek Bachchan is also producing this movie under his production house, AB Corp Production. According to our trusted sources, we come to know that this movie will go on floor next year.
