The storyline of the show is as follows:-
We conclude the story of the show, from the trailer of the show.
The story revolves around Rebecca Bunch and her boyfriend Josh. They were dating each other from their high school, but one day Josh dumped her and said you are very dramatic, I think we should take a break. They were studying in high school in the year of 2005.
Then they both get separated and got busy in their lives. Then suddenly her life changes, when she found Josh in New York City then again interact with each other, that time Josh said, I’m shifting to West Covina, California.
Then Rebecca got inspired by a TV commercial of butter spread and makes her mind for moving California, (she is just two hours far away from the beach and four hours in traffic) to meet again with Josh and she think may be this time she make him fall in love with her.
The story of the show is quiet interesting and I am very excited for this new TV show and the person whom I want to see is, of course Rebecca, she is a very popular entertainer and a comedian I love the acting of her in this trailer.
Initially this show is made for the Showtime but after the deal was cancel and the show is then made for The CW channel and the time of the show is also increased from half hour to one hour and also did some changes for The CW channel.
The creator of the show, Brosh McKenna said “I am so happy to be working with Rachel Bloom, who is not just a powerhouse musical comedy talent but also a fabulous writer and creator — I feel very lucky to have found her videos online,”.
David Nevins, the president of Showtime Networks said “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is built on the inspired comedy and songwriting of Rachel Bloom — who, we believe, is ready to break out. She was introduced to us by Aline Brosh McKenna, who has a brilliant, contemporary comedy voice that is spot-on as showrunner of this project. And we were lucky to attract director Marc Webb, who is eager to flex different creative muscles after his blockbuster successes.”
